Our Location.

The Institute of Archaeology and Siegfried H. Horn Museum are located at 9047 US 31 in Berrien Springs, Michigan, just south of the Andrews University campus. Our precise location is at the northeast corner of Old US 31 and Garland Avenue, adjacent to Apple Valley Market and the University Medical Center. Our entrance is on the parking lot side (west) of the building.

Directions

From the North and West (via I-94): On I-94, take exit 28 (US 31 South) and continue south for about 11 miles to Berrien Springs. Turn left into the Apple Valley parking lot and then left again into the Institute and Museum parking lot.

From the East (via Indiana Toll Road): On the Indiana Toll Road (I-80/90), take the South Bend West exit and follow US 31 North for about 15 miles to Berrien Springs. At exit 15A, turn right, then continue for about one half mile into Berrien Springs. Turn left into the Apple Valley parking lot and then left again into the Institute and Museum parking lot.

From the South (via Old US 31): Take Old US 31 north through Niles and into Berrien Springs — about 15 miles north of the Indiana state line. Upon reaching Berrien Springs, you will drive across a bridge into downtown. At the first traffic light, turn right and proceed west on Old US 31 (Cass St.). Turn right into the Apple Valley parking lot and then left into the Institute and Museum parking lot.
