Open to faculty & staff who are eligible for Andrews University health insurance benefit. Biometric screening is only for the employee and spouse (other dependents are not eligible).
If the employee is married, both the employee and spouse must participate in the biometric screening to receive the discount on the increase in the health insurance premiums.

Components of the Biometric Screening

Requires a 12-hour fast (water only, no coffee or juice).
You may take your medications as prescribed.
You are encouraged to drink water to remain hydrated.
Cholestech (finger stick) for blood glucose, total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, and triglycerides
Blood pressure
BMI

Before choosing your appointment time, please remember that the screening test requires a 12-hour fast. Duration of Biometric Screening per person is 20 minutes. All time slots are in the morning. Benefits Counselor Appointment/Enrollment:

In order to provide Andrews University employees with a clear understanding of all benefits available, Andrews University has partnered with Benefit Counselors to assist employees with the 2013/2014 Open Enrollment. The Benefit Counselors will explain your benefit options, answer any questions you may have and aide you in enrolling in the plans you select. Duration of Benefits Counselor Appointment/Enrollment is 30 minutes. Choose only one appointment time by clicking on the circle before the desired time slot.
