RESERVATIONS
All reservations for accommodations may be made by contacting Convention Guest Services.
You may reserve accommodations through one of the following methods:

- Your name
- Reason for visiting campus (personal, convention/conference/seminar)
- Name of conference that you are attending (if applicable)
- Your mailing address
- Your daytime telephone number
- Your e-mail address
- Your arrival date
- Your departure date
- Number of nights staying
- Type of facility desired

Check in and check out times
- Check in time is 3 pm.
- Check out time is 11 am. Guests checking out later than 11 am may be charged for an additional night's stay.
Important room information
- Most guest rooms have two single beds. Availability of rooms with double or queen beds is limited.
- Most guest rooms comfortably accommodate 2 adults. Rooms with 2 double beds can comfortably accommodate 4 adults.
- Daily maid service is not provided.
Policies
- Cancellations must be made by 9 a.m. of the reserved arrival date. To cancel, call Guest Services at 269.471.3295. Cancellations not made by 9 a.m. of the reserved arrival date will be charged for the first night of the reservation. No-shows will be charged for the first night of the reservation, and the remainder of the reservation will be canceled.
- A maximum of 4 guests, including children, is permitted in each room.
- No pets are allowed in the residence halls.
- Cooking is prohibited in rooms.
- Smoking and the use of alcohol or drugs are prohibited.
Discounts
Special rates are available for parents of current Andrews University students who live in Meier, Burman, or Lamson. Inquire at the time of your reservation for more information.
