Position summary
- Assist in coordinating appointments with faculty
- Assist with departmental assessment tasks for accreditation & internal reporting
- Produce C&I Newsletter
- Design and develop marketing materials for TLC
- Serve as the first contact for student questions
- Assist new students with the application process
- Help develop and update program materials
- Develop and update program materials
- Maintain all program files
- Organize annual departmental events
- Maintain program website
- Design and distribute program newsletter
Qualifications summary
- Two years minimum professional experience in business and office management
- Knowledge of a variety of computer application programs including word processing and Microsoft Office applications
- Background knowledge of graduate education and practice
- Punctuality and dependability
