Position summary
Manage the functions of the Divinity Office and provide both academic and policy advice to the students enrolled in the program.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree required. Masters degree preferred.
Administrative experience required.
Advanced skills in verbal and written English
Must be a Seventh-day Adventist in good and regular standing.
Duties and responsibilities

Write, develop, and maintain effective web, electronic, written, and verbal communication with students, prospective students, faculty, and university departments.

Maintain knowledge of core requirements, prerequisites, emphasis areas, and electives offered within the Master of Divinity program.

Develop, distribute, and maintain relevant materials that will assist students in tracking their progress.

Field enquiries from prospective students and answer questions regarding the Master of Divinity program.

Process new student applications

Compose and design materials and presentations for new student orientation.

Follow up with students accepted into the program

Qualifications
Must have highly developed interpersonal relationship skills, multi-tasking, be highly organized, and thrive in a fast-paced office environment
Advanced Computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, Power Point
Ability to employ logic and critical thought with regard to academic policies and apply to them to complex real life situations.
Hold highly developed project management skills and multi-tasking.
Proficiency in internal software like Banner and Redwood is desirable.
Strong desktop publishing and web design skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with a multicultural student group.
Ability to work collaboratively with academics and leaders of the Seventh-day Adventist church.
High levels of professionalism, in performance, document presentation, speech, and personal presentation.
Must be a Seventh-day Adventist in good and regular standing.
