Position summary

Inventory Specialist - Will be responsible to take basic inventory weekly for the Terrace Cafe and an indepth inventory at the end of each month.

On a weekly bases update prices for products in the inventory system and work with School Lunch to keep recipes updated.

Duties and responsibilities

Take inventory for Terrace Cafe every Wednesday morning

Update product prices in Nutrinet program

Update recipes and print off for School Lunch program

last week of month take a complete inventory for department.

Qualifications

Excellent computer skills, knows Microsoft Office Suite, including Access.

Works well independently and within a team environment

Enrolled as fulltime student for the 20114 – 15 school year at Andrews.

Outstanding customer service skills

Flexible in schedule

Do other work as requested by supervisor

Physical demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand.  The employee frequently is required to walk, use hands to finder, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms.  The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, talk or hear, and taste or smell.  The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.  Specific vision abilities required include color vision.
