Teach full time in the Department of Religion
Qualifications summary
- Expertise in systematic theology and ethics
- Degree qualifications: PhD or PhD candidate; pastoral experience preferred
- Passion to teach General Education and Honors religion classes
- Readiness to mentor Theology and Religion majors
- Willingness to support Departmental and University programs and endeavors
- Productivity in research and publication
- Commitment to the life and mission of the Seventh-day Adventist Church
Must be a Seventh-day Adventist in good and regular standing.
Duties and responsibilities
- Teaching the ordinary load of an Andrews full time professor
- Advising majors in the Religion Department
- Serve the needs of the Department and the University as they arise
Supervisory responsibilities
Oversee student reader
Qualifications
PhD within the area of systematic theology
Pastoral experience preferred
Must be a Seventh-day Adventist in good and regular standing.

Strong interpersonal skills; the ability to collaborate well with colleagues; and a disposition conducive to interacting winsomely with students and staff
