Responsible for providing training to other student employees on campus, in the area of quality customer service.

Duties and responsibilities
- Observe training and provide feedback
- Prepare training materials using different activities to address various learning styles
- Collaborate and communicate with co-trainer
- Facilitate training
- Provide feedback to participants
- Conduct self-assessment and debrief after training
- Assist in training make-up sessions
- Consult with Training and Development Coordinator
Supervisory responsibilities
Overseeing the presentation of the material and the activities done.
Qualifications
Confident in making presentations and easily able to communicate training material. Comfortable facilitating group discussions and dealing with various group dynamics. Self-motivated, creative, and willing to step out of comfort zone. Experience as a public speaker/presenter is preferred.
Technical competencies
Must be able to develop PowerPoint presentations and use various forms of media.
Interpersonal interactions
Must feel comfortable with facilitating discussion a dealing with a variety of group dynamics.

Work environment
Independent work preparation required. When presenting, the Trainer will be required to dress in a manner that reflects professionalism, as job entails respresenting the University in demeanor and in the way the material is being presented.
