Position summary
The Associate Professor in the department of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology will teach courses for the undergraduate and graduate programs, serving approximately 100 undergraduate students and 30 graduate students each academic year. The faculty will advise students and participate in University and College committees. In addition to our academic programs, the faculty will support a clinic in which we provide a variety of speech and audiological services.

- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).

- Must be able to treat confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
- Technological proficiency i.e. (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, iPad applications, interactive whiteboard utilization).
Preferred Qualifications:
Earned Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
Speech-Language Pathology Professionalism Experience Preferred
Must be a Seventh-day Adventist in good and regular standing.
Duties and responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Supervise clinical practicum.
- Advise and mentor students.
- Participate in research/scholarly activities and service.
- Contribute to development of the Master’s program at Andrews University.
