Position summary
Graduate Assistant to assisted the Operations Coordinator in the Postprofessional PT Program.
Qualifications summary
Must be a graduate student and available 20 hours a week. Must be aviailabe to work approx. 10 Sundays in the year.
*Cannot be enrolled in Postprofessional PT Degree Program*
Duties and responsibilities
- Administrative support to the operations coordinator
- Counsel and advise students for registration
- Process continuing education registration
- Assist with set up for continuing education courses
- Must be available to work approx. 10 Sundays in the year
- Process paperwork pertaining to the continuing education courses.
- Assist with processing payments and receipts for invoices and payments received.

Qualifications
- Must be a graduate student
- Customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Able to multi-task with frequent interruptions
- Able to work as a team member
- Outstanding communication skills demonstrating mastery of spoken and written English
- Computer proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets and multiple databases
- Able to focus and learn quickly
- Excellent organizational skills
- Prodigious attention to detail
- Would prefer availability for 2 full academic years
- Commitment to respect the scheduled work hours
- Conforms to the University's standards of dress
Technical competencies
- Must be able to use all Microsoft Office Applications
- Must be comfortable with video editing software
- Knowledge of Adobe products a plus!
Interpersonal interactions
- Must be comfortable interacting with students in an advisory role
- Must be comfortable with phone and email interactions
Physical demands
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Must be able to walk or carry things around campus
