Important Information on Moodle Downtime
In order to upgrade Moodle to provide new features requested by faculty, Moodle will be down on January 3, 2013 and maybe January 4, 2013. To make this upgrade successful and ensure minimum disruption to your planning, please be mindful of the dates listed below:
November–December: Watch for news items from the DLiT and in the Andrews Agenda. These items will focus on new features and looks in Moodle.
By Sunday, Dec. 23, 2012: Backup all Moodle courses to FA2012—see www.andrews.edu/services/dlit/instructional_tech/moodle.html for assistance.
On or before Thursday, Dec. 20, 2012: Quick reference guides will be available at www.andrews.edu/services/dlit/instructional_tech/moodle.html.
January 3 (and possibly Jan. 4, only if needed), 2013—Moodle will not be available.
