The campus community is invited to join the 2013 Andrews University United Way Campaign and “Live United” with our Southwest Michigan community. Even though our president won’t be jumping into the Andrews University Pool again this year (check out the video if you’d like to relive his Presidential Splash), we hope the memory of that fearless commitment on his part remains a demonstration of just how much he and we believe in supporting our community through United Way. There are many significant life- and world-changing contributions United Way offers in the lives of individuals and families throughout our community. United Way meets the needs of many people in all walks of life.
Participation and contributions from Andrews University are much appreciated and speak powerfully of Christian charity, human kindness and community responsibility - qualities that Andrews has always exemplified. Let’s stretch to the new United Way campaign goals once again. It is the right thing to do.
Keep in mind that participation is just as important as the size of the gift. We believe that with your help we can stretch to raise the number of Andrews staff participating in the United Way campaign to 150 donors and reach an overall goal of raising $18,000. By looking at our campaign history below, we believe this is a doable goal from a campus with more than 800 employees.
