New CYB Co-Ed Group Training

Change Your Body, Co-Ed Fitness for couples and friends: A new strength co-ed conditioning class is being formed at the Lamson Health Club in January.  Within each workout, you’ll get: dynamic warm-ups, core training, strength training and metabolic work to burn fat and improve your overall conditioning. You will learn the proper technique how to build muscle, shed fat, and show off your lean, athletic midsection. The class will be offered on Sunday morning from 8am-8:45am in the aerobic room of the Lamson Health Club. During class you will follow your individual workout plan which you will repeat during the weekdays. The workout routines will be tailored to your personal goals or as needed. Working out together provides a serious boost of motivation, makes you accountable to each other, and helps you learn to monitor each others form.
