Computer Literacy Training: Access

Computer Literacy Training covers computer skills needed to help meet the demands of various computer-related job requirements on campus, for faculty and staff. There are seats available for the second half of Module 3 training, titled "Basic Analytical Software Applications," in which the instructor will introduce the software Access, and participants will learn skills on how to effectively use this software in their work.

Access training will take place on Wednesdays, from 10:30 a.m.–12:20 p.m., in Chan Shun Hall 226 (PC Lab), beginning April 30, 2014, and ending May 21, 2014. Dates and specific topics are listed below:

     • Access—Introduction (04/30/2104)
     • Access—Building Forms Reports (05/07/2014)
     • Access—Building Searches or Queries (05/14/2104)
     • Access—Integrating Access with Microsoft Word (05/21/2014)
