What is it?
CrossFit Berrien is a functional fitness program designed to get you in the best shape of your life no matter your current fitness level. Let us take you through a FREE introductory session to show you how to get started, what we do, and have you experience a CrossFit workout for yourself. CrossFit workouts and our community is something that must be experienced to truly be understood.
When can I come in for my FREE session?
Our FREE Introductory Session is held at our gym every Sunday @ 10am.

What to expect?
Our FREE Introductory Sessions are suitable for all fitness levels (ages 15 and up). We know that trying a new workout class or gym can be intimidating, so we’ve built our intro classes to allow anyone to jump right in, regardless of the current shape they’re in. One of our qualified CrossFit Coaches will explain what CrossFit is and answer any questions you might have and then personally take you step-by-step through the CrossFit movements and finish off with your first official CrossFit workout.
