CYB Group Training

CHANGE YOUR BODY GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING starts a new session on Tuesday,June 17, at 6pm, at Lamson Health Club. This unique program will help you to shed fat, build muscle, and increase lean midsection. Within each workout you will get dynamic warms-ups, core training, strength training and improve your overall conditioning. The class meets two times a week (Tuesday, 6pm-7:30pm and Thursday 6pm-7:30pm) for four weeks for a total of 12 hours of training.
