Graduation Weekend, Aug 1-3 — Volunteers needed (in addition to the Dean’s Office support the work of the Registrar) —
Hosts/Greeters for Sabbath overflow at PMC Youth Chapel and Howard Performing Arts Center – 11:45 service
Hosts/Greeters for Sabbath Vespers, PMC, 8 pm
Hosts/Greeters for President’s Reception following Vespers – approx. 9 pm
Hosts/Greeters for Commencement overflow at PMC Youth Chapel and Seminary Chapel – 8:30 am
Andrews University Pathfinder Day, Sunday, August 10 – volunteers needed for registration, serving meals, crowd control -
For those willing to give their time there will be a short orientation meeting required for specific assignments and details
Berrien County Youth Fair, August 11-18 – Hosts/Greeters at the Andrews booth. Volunteers receive a day pass to the fair!
Also coming up at the end of August is the campus United Way Campaign — think about how you may be involved there also!
It would be of great help to us is you could please circulate this request for volunteers among your office mates, friends, family, Andrews alumni, your department, and sign up with a few friends! It’s always more fun to work together!
