CYB Group Personal Training

Come, CHANGE YOUR BODY! Anna Piskozub’s dynamic group personal training starts a new session on Tuesday, September 2, at 6pm, at Lamson Health Club. This unique program will help you shed fat, build muscle, and slim your midsection in no time. Your workout routines are personalized for you by an experienced trainer targeting your individual needs. Though each workout will be unique to you, you are guaranteed to experience dynamic warms-ups, core training and strength training that will improve your overall conditioning. In the next three months you will improve your balance, build a strong core and increase your flexibility. Class times are Sunday at 9am, Tuesday at 6pm and Thursday 6pm. Note: AU employees will be reimbursed up to 50% for the cost of the program.
