The Building Blocks to Weight Managements

A 10-week program that provides support and encouragement to people desiring to shed pounds and increase their well-being.  Being overweight and obese is a chronic problem in the United States and a precursor to heart disease, cancer, diabetes, and depression.  This program is based on the concept that basic principles or blocks, when put into place in our lives, promote health and help achieve that sought after ideal weight.  Learn how to resist cravings, sleep weight off, change habits, and much more.  This program starts Tuesday, September 9, from 7-8:30 pm.
