Wind Symphony Holiday Concert

The Andrews University Wind Symphony, under the direction of Alan Mitchell, will present a Holiday Concert in the Howard Performing Arts Center on Saturday, November 22, at 8 p.m.

The concert will feature "On the Quarter Deck March" by Alford, "English Dances for Band" by Arnold, "The Middy March" by Alford and undergraduate music major Kenneth Andrade will perform "Concerto for Trombone" by Rimsky Korsakov.

The holiday portion of the concert will feature the Wind Symphony performing "Christmas Festival" by Anderson, "I Wonder As I Wander" arranged by Clark, "A Christmas Fantasy" arr. by Custer and "Russian Christmas Music" by Reed. Also featured will be Sebastian Serrano, graduate student director, directing "First Noel" arr. by Simmons, Francis Serpa, graduate student director, directing "Away in the Manger" arranged by Wallace, and a Brass Ensemble performance of "An English Carol Fantasy" arr. by Marchand.
