AIM is looking for a Software Developer. You will be responsible for modifying and maintaining our internal web-based applications. You should have a passion for making great products and be comfortable working in an open-ended environment where roles are flexible, projects are varied and communication is essential. You'll be part of a small, nimble team of network engineers, designers and developers who love solving difficult problems.

As a developer at AIM, you will:
- Be responsible for delivering elegant and maintainable code.
- Work closely with a cross-functional team of developers, designers, and devops engineers to produce high quality web applications.
- Participate in Scrum estimations, daily standups, and sprint retrospectives.
Requirements
- 1+ years’ experience developing web applications
- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, & CSS
- Basic knowledge of ASP.NET & SignalR
- Experience with SQL and general relational database concepts
- Familiar with common software design patterns
- Experienced in writing unit tests
- Passionate about producing well written, sustainable code
- Ability to interface with business stakeholders and engineers
