Looking for someone to take over my AU apartment lease beginning April or May (depending if I can find an apartment). The rent is $535 a month the lease will finish at the end of July 2013 with the strong possibility of renewing through AU for another school year. Its a one bedroom apartment in Garland. Its on the ground floor with laundry room near by. Kept very clean.
