2004 Toyota Corolla S - $5,000

I'm selling my 2004 Toyota Corolla S. It has a spoiler on the trunk. The car runs great. Very good on gas. It has 109xxx miles.
Black interior, silver exterior.
It has some body issues, which does not affect the frame of the car.
It will eventually need a new tensioner for the fan belt. As a result, it makes some noise when the engine's cold. Once it warms up, the noise eventually fades. The mechanic says it is not an immediate detriment and it will not leave you stranded any time soon.
The car also needs a new AC compressor (or if you can rebuild it).
I am the original owner. Clean title.

Spanish Teacher Needed

Niles Adventist School is looking for an Elementary Spanish Teacher to teach Grades K–8 for the 2013–14 school year. The position would consist of at least 3.5 paid hours a week teaching a Kindergarten Class, 1st & 2nd Grade, 3rd & 4th Grade, 5th & 6th Grade, and a 7th & 8th Grade Class. The schedule and times taught are to-be-determined, but would at minimum consist of 30 minutes per week with each class. Pay is dependent on experience and Michigan Conference requirements. Board of Directors Needed for NAMI

The local chapter of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) is looking for up to five interested persons for our Board of Directors.

These persons must be willing to attend one meeting per month and participate in any applicable projects or events the group might have. This is not a paid position, and the qualified candidate must be willing to pay the $35 per year membership fee to become a member of NAMI. If the applicants are approved by the board, these board positions will be voted in by the membership in September.

Grant Writer Needed for NAMI

The local chapter of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) is looking for a grant writer to find at least $20,000 of funding per year to support our mental health education classes, two support groups, and an office space with miscellaneous expenses.
