Christian Nanny / Personal Assistant

Christian Nanny / Personal Assistant Available

My name is Tanya and I am a single Seventh-day Adventist Christian mother. I am looking for a full time - indefinate nanny and / or personal assistant position. I have several reputable references available upon request. I am CPR (Infant/Child/Adult) / AED certified and I know advanced first aid. I have been laid off from my full time job with the hospital that I have been with now, going on 5 years, due to budget cuts. So, now I am looking to do something else full time, that I absolutely love and that is still caring for and helping people, but more on a personal level - as a nanny and / or personal assistant.

Childcare Experience: First and foremost, I am a mother. I have worked as a nanny for a good friend of mine, who is also the medical social worker at the hospital that I used to work at and she has a family of 5, plus a pet. I have also been babysitting on and off for the past 14+ years, as my schedule allowed. I helped with Vacation Bible School (VBS) for 3 summers and I also helped out a daycare for a summer.

Misc. Related Experience: I have also cared for all kinds of pets. Most recently, I helped the Chaplain and his wife with their animals as they traveled and they have 3 dogs, 5 cats, 6 chickens, and 2 horses. I also have a cat myself. And I grew up doing farm hand work. I have also cleaned houses (Vacation rentals, cottages, your basic house).

Personal Assistant Experience: I worked as a virtual personal assistant for 2+ years for a gentleman who had a house in New York and a house in Florida and traveled to California often. I helped him do research for a book he was writing (I have mastered Microsoft Office), I helped him balance his books (I know basic accounting - Accounts Payable / Receiveable), I handled his emails, did occassional online shopping for him, made travel arrangements (car rental, flights, hotel reservations, dinner reservations, etc.), send letters, made phone calls, set up appt.'s, etc.

If you or someone you know is looking for a good nanny and / or personal assistant and are interested in meeting with me, please let me know. At this time, I am leaving an email where I can be reached and if there is interest, I will be happy to give you a call, providing you leave a number, where you can be reached.

Thank You and Blessings.
