He would need to get them up in the morning, have morning and evening worship with them, check to make sure their rooms are clean, have them load their laundry, but turn the washer and dryer on for them (they are not allowed to add the detergent, the dean does that), client supervision. The present dean also gets their breakfast and supper. With more help, that could change.
