I have noticed that several teachers use Moodle effectively while many (probably most) hardly use the site at all. Many teachers have even withheld any interaction with Moodle until they ask for the reactions to the classes at the end of the semester. It would be quite helpful for students if the teachers were required to have a minimum interaction requirement with Moodle during the semester. This could get very technical because of all the differences between teaching styles, so it should be simple, such as requiring each teacher to post the class syllabus to the page and update the overall grades every 2 or 3 weeks. If they don't know how to enter that information, Andrews could offer a one-session class to teach them how to do just that. It would simplify everything for students, and, even though it would be a change for some at first, it should simplify the teachers' tasks as well.
