The Development Gateway Foundation is an enabler of development. It helps improve people’s lives in developing countries by building partnerships and information systems that provide access to knowledge for development. The foundation exploits powerful and affordable information and communication technologies (ICT) that were previously unavailable to: Increase knowledge sharing; Enhance development effectiveness; Improve public sector transparency; and Build local capacity to empower communities. The Development Gateway is an independent not-for-profit organization. It was conceived by World Bank President James Wolfensohn and initially developed in the World Bank. Operations began in July 2001.

Global Corps provides a forum where professionals and organizations can share information with respect to development, humanitarian and disaster relief issues. As part of their mission to provide a forum for the exchange of information, they operate the Global Corps Current Job Openings Page, however, postings are often targeted toward US applicants.
Idealist is a project of Action Without Borders and is a good resource for a variety of non-profit, public affairs, international jobs. You can search their Idealist Job Postings using different keywords or by location.

The International Career Employment Weekly newspaper advertises over 500 current international job vacancies each week, including hundreds of international development jobs. This is a subscription service, which means that you need to pay a membership fee in order to access all of the job and internship advertisements posted on the website. You also have an option to have the information delivered to you electronically.
One World Network
The OneWorld Network attempts to harness the potential of the internet to promote human rights and sustainable development. As part of this mission they maintain OneWorld Jobs and Volunteering, which is a job-listing page that enables users to search for postings by region or category for jobs in human rights, environment, and sustainable development worldwide.
Opportunities in Public Affairs
Opportunities in Public Affairs is an excellent source for public affairs job openings in the Washington, DC area, particularly for public relations, government affairs, legislation, and print & broadcast journalism jobs on Capitol Hill, in nonprofits, corporations, and Federal Agencies. They also claim to post unadvertised jobs. This is a subscription service. You can view the featured job openings once you are a subscriber.
