Biography:

Karen A. Reiner is an Associate Professor in the Clinical and Laboratory Sciences Department at Andrews University, Berrien Springs, Michigan. She joined the Andrews faculty in the summer of 2004.

Born in Barquisimeto, Venezuela to missionary parents, Karen graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology in 1994 from Columbia Union College in Takoma Park, MD. She received a Master of Science in Clinical Laboratory Sciences from Andrews University, Berrien Springs, MI in 1999.

Karen Reiner holds certification with the American Society of Clinical Pathologist and she is a member of the American Society of Clinical Microbiologists.

Karen is married to Kevin Reiner and they have two boys and a daughter.
