MA COMPREHENSIVE EXAMINATION
Communication graduate students anticipating a spring graduation apply one month in advance to take comprehensives.  The exam date is scheduled for Friday, March 27, 2009 and will be offered at the following times:

8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.

GRADUATION REGALIA ORDERS
The deadline to place an order for your graduation cap, gown and tassel is on Monday, March 30, 2009.  Please note that regalia orders are no longer processed through the university bookstore.  You may order online instead at http://college.jostens.com/jostens/college/home.jsp?affiliatedid=1064993%20

DG / I / MISSING GRADES
All deferred, incomplete and/or missing grades must be cleared by Friday, April 17, 2009.  Students who are planning to graduate during the Spring '09 Commencement services are advised to submit all coursework at least two weeks in advance in order for grading and processing to take place. 

RESEARCH / THESIS / PROJECT COMPLETION FORMS
Completion forms for May '09 graduation candidates must be submitted to the Academic Records Office by Friday, April 24, 2009.  No exceptions will be made.  Please meet with your Supervisory Committee for further details.
