ASI President visits AU

ASI National President, Debbie Young and her husband Ray, founders of Quiet Moments Radio, a small supporting ministry in Ypsilanti, Michigan visited Andrews University Friday, March 31. Adventist-laymen's Services and Industries (ASI) is an organization of Seventh-day Adventist church members who work in the private sector in business and professional vocations.

Young was elected as president of Adventist-laymen's Services and Industries (ASI) at the national convention held in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Aug. 6-9. Young has served as general vice president of the organization and is the first female and first African-American to be voted as president.

We were fortunate to have Debbie and Ray Young visit our department. They shared principles with Advanced Media Writing, and Communicating for Community classes. They also answered questions for students regarding networking opportunities with ASI.
