Information for Coaches

Cost:  $100 per gymnast (academy and elementery) 
          $65 per college gymnast
          $65 per assistant coach, sponsors, bus drivers
          Each Head coach is free

Dates: November 8-10 (arrive on campus November 7)

Closest Airports: 30 minutes -- South Bend
                         60 minutes -- Kalamazoo
                         2 hrs -- Chicago/Midway
                         *Airport pickup can be planned for $2.50 per mile

We hope you are as excited about Acrofest almost being here as we are! Listed below are two different packing lists, one for the coaches and one for the gymnasts. We created both lists in Word format so you can add to them as needed.

As the date draws closer, continue to check the weather for updated informtion. We are going to have one function outside and would like to make sure everyone stays warm. Our zip code is 49104.

Coaches, please read your checklist carefully. There is some information in the "reminder" section that you should be aware of now.

Dress for vespers is dress casual and for church we are asking for church dress. Having church in the gym presents us with some challenges and we are doing our best to create an atmosphere for worship. We need your help to accomplish this.
