KINDLE.
We've been involved in ministry for as long as we can
remember. Helping with Junior programs, Pathfinders, camp
meetings, evangelistic series, song services, and anywhere else
God has opened the doors.
With our parents highly involved in youth ministries, we've
gotten a chance to see things from the other side of the
curtain. Honestly, that's where we prefer to be. We have a
desire to lend a hand. To enjoy a ministry for us, is to help a
ministry. We feel that that is where God calls us to be.
Though we've been writing since early elementary, the only
lyrics you will see are our more recent efforts. :) The lyrics
that we have written show the experiences and questions of our
friends as well as some of our own. Searching the Bible, as well
as our hearts, to express ourselves and God's message.
We've been singing together practically before we could talk and
have enjoyed it every step of the way. We look forward to seeing
where God will lead us.
Kalicia picked up guitar in the winter of 2006, and with a few
pointers from friends, taught herself. Through persistent
prayer, her abilities increased, and God blessed her determined
efforts.
Kemily's attempts at writing lyrics as a child started off with
mediocre words that, although were not publishable, showed her
passion for Christ. One of the first songs she wrote included
the line "He equals more then you can say."

VILLAGE GREEN PRESERVATION
SOCIETY.
In 2006,
anthropology major Andrew Gerard founded ACTION, a student-led
organization dedicated to getting Andrews University students
involved with social activism. It was established with the plan
of educating students on social issues and then giving them the
opportunity to act. One major social issue ACTION addressed was
the environment, and as support for the cause swelled, the
environmental group grew into its own organization. Last year,
Ben Oliver, a history major, assumed responsibility for leading
the band of environmentalists. As a group dedicated to
maintaining the ecological welfare of the campus, they called
themselves the “Village Green Preservation Society” (VGPS).
