Biography:

Learning is my passion ... Never stop learning more about what you do and what you'd love to accomplish - this applies to whatever you find yourself doing in life. I came to hear more clearly the call of my Lord and Savior during my second year at the University of Kansas, through a tremendous series of studies with the Adventist Church in Lawrence, KS ... So, not being raised a Seventh-day Adventist allows me to bring a unique perspective to my students in and out of class discussions. I enjoy spending my time with family, reading, and getting as much exercise as possible. My trades have included Cartooning, Graphic design, and a Lead Exercise Physiologist for Shawnee Mission Medical Center in Shawnee Mission, KS - so I understand when a student comes to me and says "I really have no idea what I'd like to do..." Finally, I came to Andrews University to be around students to prepare them in a number of areas - spiritually, socially, and ability. I desire for each of my students to walk out of Andrews knowing Who supplies all their needs and giving Him the glory for all their abilities.

Current Research or Professional Activities:

I continue to work for a number of national and international clients throughout the year; I'm currently involved in helping the Department of Archeology redevelop their website in preparation for the 40th Anniversary of the Madaba Plain Project.
