Griggs Consortium uses textbooks and supplementary materials produced by academic and Christian publishers. 

Cancellation Return Policy
1. If enrollment is cancelled within five business days of the processing of enrollment and the books and supplies are returned to the Griggs Bookstore unopened and unused, Griggs will give full credit for the books and supplies. 
2. If the cancellation is made after five business days, and materials are returned unopened and unused, Griggs will refund up to 85% of the purchase price (holding 15% as restocking fee). 
3. Credit will not be given for guides, workbooks, and audiovisual materials if the wrapper has been removed or the items have been used.

Withdrawal Return Policy
If you wish to return used textbooks upon withdrawal or after completing your program, 30-50% of the current selling price may be offered, depending on textbook condition.  Used media (CDs, DVDs), workbooks, lab kits, instructional guides, or other supplies are non-returnable.

Book Return Policy
Books and supplies will be available for purchase online through the Andrews Virtual Bookstore from May 1, 2013.  From April 15, 2013, books may no longer be returned to Griggs.  Students may use other online used book sellers such as amazon.com to resell textbooks in good condition.
