Transcript Requests

Finished your course? Here is how to request a transcript to be sent to your home institution.

1. First determine the institution that granted credit for the course you took. Check your enrollment forms if necessary or call 800-782-4769 if you can't remember.
2. Complete the transcript request form for the university that offers the course:
   • Andrews University Transcript Request Form
   • Griggs University Transcript Request Form
   • Oakwood University Transcript Request Form
   • Washington Adventist Univeristy Request Form
