- Download and fill in the Andrews University Transcript Request Form. If you are not an Andrews University student, fill in your Griggs identity number.
- NOTE: If you took a Washington Adventist University or Oakwood University course, email firstname.lastname@example.org, including your Griggs ID number, full name, and the course name you are requesting a transcript for. Consortium transcripts must all be requested through the same process.
You may sign the form with a digital signature by clicking in the signature field to start the creation process. If one of the mandatory fields does not apply to you, please enter n/a.
CREATING A NEW DIGITAL SIGNATURE:
a. Click the Signature field
b. Select: "A new digital ID I want to create now"
c. Select: "New PKCS#12 digital ID file"
d. Fill out Name, Organization (optional), Email...
e. Leave defaults untouched for Enable Unicode support, etc.
f. Select password.
g. You will then be prompted to finish. The signed PDF will be "Saved As" for your records.
- Click the submit button to e-mail the form to email@example.com. When prompted, select which e-mail application you wish to use, then save your transcript request on your computer.
You may print and fill out the transcript request form, then scan and attach to an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, or fax to (269) 471-6001.
