To cancel or withdraw, contact the Consortium Student Financial Services at 269-471-6641 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cancellation occurs when a student terminates a course of study before beginning it. A full tuition and enrollment fee refund is given when cancelled within the first five business days after enrollment.
Books and supplies must be returned unopened for a full bookstore refund.
Withdrawal occurs when a student terminates a course of study after Griggs University begins providing educational services. After five business days from enrollment, a cancellation or withdrawal fee of $50 per course up to a maximum of $200 will be charged. A cancellation/withdrawal fee is not charged if 51% or more of the course has been completed.

Transferring a Course: No course will be transferred to another student.
Tuition Refund Policy: The cancellation and withdrawal refund policy is based on Distance Education and Training Council guidelines. The enrollment fee is nonrefundable except when cancellation is made within five business days of enrollment.

Refunds will be made to the original payee, unless the original payee instructs Student Financial Services otherwise.
After the cancellation/withdrawal fee is deducted a refund of tuition will be made according to the following schedule:
|PORTION COMPLETED||PERCENTAGE OF REFUND|
|51% and up||None|
Andrews Account Issues
When registering or withdrawing from Griggs courses through Andrews University Registration Central, programming currently does not remove the enrollment and supply fees automatically. If you notice charges on your account after withdrawing from a distance course, contact Diana DeGuzman, Griggs Undergraduate Enrollment Coordinator, email@example.com or 269 471 6323 to adjust your account after you have returned any supplies.
