The Sixth Annual Celebration of Research and Creative Scholarship

I hope you can join us for the Sixth Annual Celebration of Research and Creative Scholarship this coming Friday, October 31, starting at 12:30 pm in Buller Hall. The event will feature plenary presentations by Greg Constantine and Roy Gane, two of the 2014 recipients of the Siegfried H. Horn Award for Excellence in Research and Creative Scholarship.  Poster and oral sessions will showcase research of Andrews faculty members and graduate students. The schedule for the Celebration is as follows: 

12:30-1:30 pm    Plenary Presentations (Newbold Auditorium)
1:30-3:00 pm      Poster Presentations (Buller Hallways) Refreshments will be served
3:00-4:00 pm      Oral Breakout Sessions (Buller Classrooms)

Another upcoming opportunity for Andrews faculty and students to present the results of their research is the Michigan Academy of Science, Arts & Letters, which will be hosted by Andrews University for the first time this year on Friday, March 13, 2015.  This interdisciplinary conference will feature approximately 500 presentations given by students and faculty from universities across the state of Michigan.  The submission deadline for presentation abstracts is December 3, 2014.
