Application Forms

To print out a graduate application, download the appropriate application from the list below. Before you apply, you should have a specific program in mind (click on "Graduate Programs" on the left to see our offerings). If the AU graduate program you wish to apply for is not listed please download and print out the "Application for ALL OTHER graduate programs" which is at the bottom of the application list.

If you are not a U.S. citizen or permanent U.S. resident, be sure to download the international application version if listed. If you are unable to download, you may need Adobe Acrobat Reader software which can be downloaded and installed for free.

Complete the appropriate forms and requirements and submit to the AU Graduate Admissions Office by mail, fax, or e-mail. On-line submission is not yet available. Please note that faxed or e-mailed transcripts or diploma copies will not count as official copies. Please keep a copy of completed forms for your own records.
