| Primary Duties: |
The primary responsibilities of this position include teaching in the Psychology program, mentoring student research and developing a strong research program that includes student scholars.
Specific duties include:
- Assisting recruiting students into a psychology major.
- Advising students
- Teaching Intro to Psychology courses as well as Developmental Psychology.
- Helping with the research sequence.
- The applicant is also expected to engage in scholarly research and as a part of their research program include and mentor student scholars.

| Qualifications: |
- PhD in Psychology from an APA accredited school required with teaching experience and demonstrated research interests and productivity.
- Specifically experience in such areas as Intro to Pscyhology, Developmental Psychology and clinical psychology.
- We are looking for strong training in research methods with experience of strong interaction with students.
Must be a Seventh-day Adventist in good and regular standing. |
