A brief explanation of the SHARE Program at Andrews
The word SHARE is an acronym for:
| Sensing people's needs before they ask Helping each other out Acknowledging people's feelings Respecting the dignity and privacy of others Explaining what's happening |
A Share Compliment card is blue, and allows you to pass on appreciation to someone (or even a group of people). These are received by Human Resources and passed along to President Andreasen, then the are compliment card is awarded to the individual.
A Share Suggestion card is white, and lets you convey a suggestion to someone (or a department). The most appropriate person in charge of the area of concern responds to suggestion cards. Every suggestion is taken seriously.
