Roundtable Dates
The Sunday prior to the Roundtable each year will be used as an optional advising day. The actual Roundtable Conference will then take place Monday-Wednesday on the following dates:
July 21-23, 2008
July 20-22, 2009
July 19-21, 2010
July 18-20, 2011
Orientation Dates
Orientation for new participants always takes place Monday-Friday of the week before Roundtable, scheduled as follows:
July 14-18, 2008
July 13-17, 2009
July 12-16, 2010
July 11-15, 2011
