Membership is open to all libraries of post-secondary Seventh-day Adventist institutions outside North America.
A membership entrance fee of $100US is required for an institutional library to join the SAIL program. This is no annual fee. A member library is required to establish a deposit account at Andrews University in which funds are deposited before any books or periodicals can be ordered or shipped.
