Andrews University Dining Services has a variety of employment opportunities for full-time Andrews University students. The Dining Services Department is one of the largest employers of students on the campus.
Jobs available for students include serving, assisting in the various aspects of food preparation (salads, cook's assistant, ingredient preparation), cashiering, sanitation, assisting in banquets and other special events, and working in the Gazebo, the university snack shop.
Because Dining Services is a service provided mainly for the students, the Terrace Cafe is open from 7:00 am - 7:00 pm, Sunday-Friday, and the Gazebo is open from 5:30 pm - 10:00 pm, Sunday-Thursday. This provides flexible work hours for students to choose from. Student employees are required to work every third Sabbath.
