What should I do if my meal plan balance runs low?

Undergraduate students under the age of 22 who are living in the dorm must be on the meal plan.  $735 will be billed as the partial refundable declining balance which is credited to the student's meal account to use for food purchases. If your meal plan balance goes below $100, and you want to add additional funds to the meal plan, you can simply go through the processes below:

1. Come to the Dining Services office which located at the second floor of the Campus Center, during the office hours 8:30am-5:30pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30 to 12:00pm on Friday.

2. You can add fund in $100 increment each time your balance goes below $100. You will still receive the 40% discount after the meal plan extension.

3. The amount increment will be charged to your student statement.

4. If you can not use all of the extension, it will be credited back to your statement at the end of semester. If you have more questions about your meal plan or café account, please contact the Dining Services at Campus Center second floor, or call 269-471-3161.

**Please Note: You do not need to contact your Financial Adviser to put on an extension to your meal plan.
