To complete the registration process please download the basketball team registration form under the Team Registration tab and save it to your computer. Fill out the team registration form and then e-mail it to djardine@andrews.edu.

The team registration form is due by 5:00 PM the day of the Captain's meeting scheduled for Monday February 22, 2010 @ 8:00 PM in the Johnson Gymnasium balcony. A team representative must be present at the captain's meeting.
