2009 Floor Hockey

Deadline to register for Intramural hockey is Tuesday 01/13/09.

To complete the registration process please download the floor hockey team registration form under the Team Registration tab and save it to your computer. Fill out the team registration form and then e-mail it to djardine@andrews.edu.

The team registration form is due 1 hour prior to the captain's meeting on 1/13/09 @ 8:00 PM in the Johnson Gymnasium balcony. A team representative must be present at the captain's meeting.
