Student Missionary updates

Andrews University alumna Keren Toms, class of 2006, is currently serving at Nile Union Academy and has opted to stay on for another year. The main reason for staying on another year, she says, "is to see the transformation of young people taking place right in front of my eyes. There are peripheral reasons, but to see a student change not only through the amount of English she or he has learned, but more importantly, their expanded knowledge of God and the application thereof is something worth being a part of. It is an extra special treat to work with the young people of this culture. What's another year here, when it's a life I live on borrowed breath anyway!?!"
