Andrews University’s School of Health Professions invites the community to its annual Health & Fitness Expo on Sunday, Sept. 29, from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Johnson Gym.  Admission is free and the event includes activities for the whole family.

Activities include mini workouts, cooking demos, nutrition information for all ages, games, local health service information, community health and wellness opportunities and more.

The first 300 participants will receive a reusable shopping bag with goodies from participating sponsors.  Attendees will also have a chance to win a home elliptical trainer.
