New Students
In order to use the RMES Online Registration Process, you will need to have an email account. Email is one way we communicate with parents and it will be helpful to you as the year progresses to have an email account. We can assist you if you do not now have an email account.
If you do not have a home computer, you may use any university or public computer that is connected to the internet. You may also come into the school where we will assist you in completing this online registration process. Please do not hesitate to call (269) 471-3225 for help in registering during regular business hours.
When the information on a screen is complete, please click on the Submit button to move to the next screen.
- To log in, you must first call the RMES office at (269) 471-3225 to activate your account. You will not be able to log in until this is done.
- If you do not have an Andrews University email, but have your email service through Hotmail, Juno, etc., you will receive a specific user name and password via email from the office.
- Parent Information Once you have logged in successfully, please fill in information for you and your spouse (if you have one.) Fill out all the information, if you leave any fields blank that are required, you will be prompted to give that information.
- Spouse Information You do not need to give an email address for your spouse. You can give an additional Emergency contact name and number here if you wish.
- Click on Add Child and begin entering your child's information.
- Click on Register for 2008-2009 School Year.
- Select the grade your child will be in.
- If your child was in a school other than Ruth Murdoch last year, please provide the name of school (Home for home schoolers), and the years attended.
- Next select any of the listed activities in which your student might wish to participate in. Piano - all students, Instrumental and Choir -Grades 3-8, Intramurals - Grades 5-8.
- Registration is nearly complete. Please read how to submit the registration fee to the school and click on the Required Forms link.
- Please click on each form that applies to you, print them out, hand enter the information, sign, and deliver or send them to RMES. To select the next form use the back button on your browser once you have printed a form. When all the forms you need are printed use the Close Window button at the bottom of the screen to return.
- Congratulations! Your child's information has been entered. If you are only registering one child send or deliver all completed forms along with registration fees to Ruth Murdoch.
If you wish to enter another child, click on the Add Child link to enter another child. Go to Step 5 and repeat thru Step 9 for each additional child.
