Biography:

Dr. Covrig, a native Californian, has taught at universities in California and in the Midwest. He teaches in both leadership and administration as well as religion and ethics. He has published on ethics and organizational research.

Current Research or Professional Activities:

Dr. Covrig is working on research at the intersection of values, ethics, and leadership. With Brigette Hinds, "Good Looking Bad Leaders and Bad Looking Good Leaders"; with Gary Gifford, "Moral Decision Making of Principals"; with Francis Faehner, "Leadership Education."  He is currently writing "Value Transfer and Transitions: A Theory and Practice of Ethical Leadership Integration."
